An extended version of our IISW 2025 conference paper has been published in MDPI Sensors, discussing the operation of 10 µm radiation tolerant global shutter pixels under high dose rates. These pixels are amongst the first global shutter pixels to aim for a TID level well beyond 1 MGray.
